JOIN US FOR THIS INCREDIBLE FUND RAISING EVENT FOR THE BGC AIRDRIE CLUB.

The RHINO Adult and Teen Safe program is designed to provide Teens (12+) and Adults with the tools to navigate the difficult situations they may find themselves in.  This 2 hour program will be held at the BGC Airdrie Club on May 9th from 1:00 - 3:00pm.

We provide training on situational awareness, boundary setting, saying NO effectively, developing positive self worth, the importance of confidence, action vs. reaction, vocalization, stress and adrenaline response, basic and intermediate striking, and escaping holds and grabs.

This event is open to Teens and their parents to get some valuable safety and self-defense training that is designed to be interactive and fun.  Everyone will leave feeling confident, empowered, and full of vital information that could save their life.  And as an added bonus, you will receive FREE digital copies of our RHINO Women's Self Defense Guide and the RHINO Teen Safe Booklet!

This is some of the best reality-based training available!

Each participant will require a ticket.  Parents do not have to attend in order for a teen to attend.
