Join us for this comprehensive Self-Defense program in Golden, BC!

The RHINO Adult and Teen Safe program is designed to provide Teens (13+) and Adults alike with the tools to navigate the difficult situations they may find themselves in.  This 4 hour program will be held in Golden, BC at the Golden & Region Seniors Society (1401 9 Street S).

We provide training on situational awareness, boundary setting, saying NO effectively, developing positive self worth, the importance of confidence, action vs. reaction, vocalization, stress and adrenaline response, everyday weapons and how to use them, basic and intermediate striking, and escaping holds and chokes.
