Ladies, Let us empower You and your Teenage Daughters!

The RHINO Women's Self Defense program is designed to provide Women and Teenage Girls with the tools to navigate the difficult situations they may find themselves in.  We provide training on situational awareness, boundary setting, saying NO effectively, developing positive self worth, the importance of confidence, action vs. reaction, vocalization, stress and adrenaline response, everyday weapons and how to use them, basic and intermediate striking, and escaping holds and chokes.

Attend on your own, or attend with your teen and spend quality time together while learning skills that could save your life!

This is some of the best reality-based training you will ever receive!

Each participant will require a ticket.

Early Bird Pricing of $49.00 will be in effect until Midnight on October 31st.

Regular Pricing of $59.00 will be in effect starting November 1st.
